Does CC not automatically change for DST? I had to manually change it

Now it all makes sense--haha--for half the year I am off by 1 hour and for half the year my time matches in my games. I would say no the CC time does not change with DST.

Nope, not all of the world recognizes DST, and I'm pretty sure those that do don't all enact it at the same time. Therefore, you need to change your time manually.

(One example - Arizona doesn't do DST, so half of the year they are matched with CA and half of the year they have the same clocks as NM. Confusing!)
