Playing in a game that's been on for approx 3 months. finely balanced and being enjoyed by all participants.
Never envisaged it going on this long but I've got an 8/9 day vacation coming up over Christmas and we'd all like to pause it.

Searching the forums it's not clear whether there is any clock stopping mechanism available. Could an admin please comment back to me. Thanks.

there is no such thing as a pause button. you will have to let your account be babysitted by another player not in the game, or miss your turns..

I'm no admin, but I can tell you, with absolute certainty, that they will not do this for you. Try finding someone you trust, who can watch your turns for you while you're away.

yeah i would agree with everone else best thing you can do is get an account sitter to take your turns mybe just give them a game plan for how you'd like them to play

The only way to pause a game is to trust all players in the game to do this. You start your turn, place 0 troops, then let the hour expire. You won't get credit for missing a turn and nothing about the game will infact change. Of course you'll have to get someone to sit your account to do this, but it shouldn't be too hard. Was just giving you another option.
