Live Chat and IExplorer

I attempted Live Chat today and found that all the messages and all the user names are on top of each other. If I refresh, I get a few second to click in the text entry box, and I can type a message, then send. Then all the messages that come in block the text entry box and I cannot submit another response without refreshing the page.

I also cannot read most of the chat messages because they are on top of the other aspects of teh chat page.

I didn't post this in bugs because I figure it is a problem with IExplorer or perhaps my computer. Is anyone familiar with this type of issue and perhaps knows what I can do to remedy it so that I can use the live chat?

You could install Firefox.

Other than that I don't know.

What version of IE do you have? If you have IE8, then there should be a button to the right of your address bar that looks like a piece of ripped paper. Click on that while on CC, and that will take you to compatibility mode, which should allow it to be compatible with pages designed for earlier versions of IE (e.g. live chat).
