when the BpB runs contests that offer free premium, we actually give away a free premium. you should be given a formal warning for running a false contest within the forums and not paying up a guaranteed premium which you promised. why not make good on your contest for free premium and pony up the cash for the winner? oh, you probably never intended to do such a thing. this place is being over run with wankers, juveniles and mega-trolls that find necro-bumping, jr. high sex jokes, and rehashing age old threads amusing. i sure do miss twill.

It's ok, I PMed him telling him to get himself a couple of beers 'on me' with the 25$ I would've won.
