Can I withdraw from a game? I joined some slow ones that seems to have one day between each move.

No, once its started you have to finish it.

Just so you know as well, throwing games is also against the rules.

You may want to try a freestyle game as there is no set order. Instead all players have 24 hours to take their turn in.

You know, there once was... a very, very long time ago, a button that alllowed you to surrender:
