could it be a multi if out of 140 games you are a sargent first class with a 40 percent win ratio

It's doubtful but not impossible. Many players do reach that kind of rank in even fewer games than that, especially those who play mostly 1 vs 1 games.

anyone could be a multi... but in 140 games, a good player could win many more points than sgt first class...and certainly win more than 40% of games. Those numbers mean nothing by themselves.
