If you get a rating with the tag of 'deadbeat', but you didn't miss a turn in that game, is there a way to get it removed?

no,
but you can respond to the rating, so if you simply state that you never missed a turn, then its obvious to everybody that it was a lousy rating..

I have responded to it, but I still would rather it be gone... I may submit an e-ticket

I do believe there is the option to submit a (ratings abuce) complaint in the cheatings and abuse forum. I am kinda fuzzy on their point of view regarding rating though..
