I Understand this " At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent." but how do I know what the winner and losers score is?

Quite simply, you click on a player's username to visit their unique profile.
For example, your profile page states the following and more:

Rank: Private
Score: 974
Games: 5 completed, 1(20%) won

A player's score will determine their rank (click here for rank specifics) and scoreboard position. To hold the #1 scoreboard position you will need more than 4930 points at this time.

I think you're misunderstanding it a bit. MB is right. The losers and winners score is the score you see on your profile page as MB said. CC uses those scores, and for each loser (in singles games), the losers current overall score is divided by the winners.

If you're asking how many points you get/lose in one game, it is 20 on average (if the winners and losers score are the exact same). The winner would get an average of 20 points from each player in multiplayer games

the score of the winners and loosers (aka players) change every time they win loose a game. there is no way currently to track what points they ware at at the end or start of a game.
sorry

There is a piont system, too?
