A friend of mine became a cook, how do I do that, and more important can i find his conversation about who he contacted, and what he wants to learn?

Cook is a rank. I think you mean your friend joined the society of cooks. The society has it's own forum where you can sign in for lessons.

cook is also the rank you get if you are good at losing games on CC.
