Where can I find this rule?

I'm being accused of something but I kind of get the feeling that somene just made up a rule to accuse me, since I can't seem to find it.

Can anyone link me to that rule (provided it exists), please?

Account sitting abuse

What is it

If the Account Sitter has a stake in these non-tournament/non-clan challenge games (as an opponent or teammate), and plays multiple games from start to finish using the Account for which they are Sitting as a communal account strategically play turns, knowing that Account Sitter will not be back to take any of these turns.

A user or group of users who loosely share their accounts among one another to improve their score and gaming by means of strategically allowing others to take their turns for them at specific times, or allowing well versed and ranked users to essentially play select games on their account for them to boost their score and rank.

this is the rule from the guidelines:
Account-Sitting:

Players are allowed to account-sit for others as long as they are not opponents within the game. When sitting for a player, you need to post who you are and how long you will be sitting for the player so that other players in the game are aware of who they are actually playing.
Being on another player's account for ANY reasons other than taking turns when they are in danger of missing a turn, or posting to necessary Tournament or Clan related public forum topics, is not allowed. Abuse of this privilege can be considered account sharing and could result in a Bust for both accounts.

what you are quoting is the mod situation guideline that is not supposed to leave the mod forum. That particular explenation has been established in 2009, so its not like they made it just for you...

Correction. It is not not supposed to leave Mod forum - we can use snippets from it or paraphrase it. It is an explanation of the rule for the mods, but we can share that knowledge with other users when we need to clarify something.

I can say that this quote is a snippet because the post in the mod forum is like 4 times bigger than that quote.
