The average of the scores you have beaten?

Is there or could there be a way to see the averages of the scores of players you have won against at the times you won or the average of the points won per win? A Major who has won (or lost) an average of 35 points per win (or loss) has played a much tougher field than one who has won an average of 8 points per win.
Granted, it is not likely possible for a general to find enough field marshals to play against to maintain an average of 30 points per game, but even a general whose win average is 15 points has played a tougher field than one whose win average is 5.

It's a good idea. Post it in Tools Suggestions and who knows, maybe someone will include it in the next version of Map Rank.

Doesn't map rank show that? I thought when it listed your proficiency on a map, there was also a category that listed the class of opponent on average you face on that map. I think it aggregates the results as well.

Since scores change, isn't this impossible?

Scores change but map rank can show the score that was transferred when the game was completed. Although I guess it's not perfectly accurate since you may begin a game against someone who is a Major and they point tank to Sergeant by the time the game is completed.

Just calculate scores at the completion of a game, that way say you have a game thats a year long (probably not too many are) the players true rank would be used. Or you could use the average over the course of the game. Score at the begining and score at the end / 2

And the ratio that Map Rank gives is based on your score at the time compared to their score I think. That means we're talking your whole CC career. So, if you played USA once when you were at 950 and it was against someone who was 2200, it's gonna show that your ratio is 2.316, which is amazing, but it doesn't tell you want rank you were facing. It only tells you their rank in relation to your rank at the time the game finished.
Am I right about that? I think I am.

i have always found it fairly accurate to look at someone's relative rank...
to put it a different way, i've never been shocked at someone's relative rank...

I never really understood relative rank... what's it mean> Is a higher number better than a lower one?
