Conquer Club

Up until very recently, i was always notified at the Game Chat on the Game Menu when someone left a chat in one of my games .
But for some reason, now i'm not notified and i only find out a chat message was left when i enter the game.
Does anyone know why?
Can anyone give me a remedy?
