I'm sure this topic comes up all the time - I'm getting sick of what seems like silent alliances. I want to know what is place to ensure that people aren't signing in as two different players and playing the game.

The entire cheating and abuse forum is there so you can report suspected multi-account holders and people with secret alliances.
