Who gets the bonus in doubles or triples? [Answered]

If you and and your partner have split control of an entire continent in a doubles or triples game, do either of you get the bonus armies? How does it work on CC?

ONE player needs to hold the WHOLE continent. There are no split bonuses.
You can however fortify your partner so he can easily take your countries and secure the bonus.

Neither! One person must control whole continent for bonus.
