its the gambling issue im going to explain ....the below is what caused the watchdog i asked to conclude its a gambling event ...not the whole site just the conquer cup ..

Conquer Cup V will have 640 participants, first come first served. There is a small entry fee, and while in the past you have been able to access TrialPay to pay for your fee..

Now, with great prizes comes great responsibility. To account for all of this influx of mega-awesome prizes, we will be raising the price to a mere $7 per entry. Worth it, you ask? Yes. Yes it is.     added for timmy

Postby xroads on Sun Mar 31, 2019 12:53 pm No where does it say an entrance fee is $7. :geek: :geek: :geek:

There are already a ton of prizes in the tournament, including $450 in real money (via the Amazon gift certificates) for the Top 6,

the above was the way the site advertised the events open to all ages can and would get cc club shut down

for the record i did not provide site info ..all snap shots were redacted . no site info was provided..

u can argue the opinions you all have but facts are simple the above is not tolerated when minors are in play or the proper license is in place ...at no time was my goal to shut down cc club but to advise this will cause site to be shut off pending outcome of investigation .several months at least so think what u like of me for bringing this up but was necessary in my mind ...

peace out yall no replies will be made in this thread as its all been said prior ...

I really don't care about this argument but mentioning the medal is a bit ridiculous.

For the record.

No where does it say an entrance fee is $7.

Also. PayPal is used to sign up for memberships and or buy tokens.

PayPal explicitly states that no minors are allowed to sign up for PayPal. Nor are minors allowed to hold credit cards.

Since CC does not accept cash, how are minors gambling again?

ok one reply is needed ..

clear as day 7 is the entry fee ....

legal age to gamble is 21 in the usa 18 in canada so 20 yrs old in usa is a minor 17 yrs in canada and younger are minors ...so if this was deemed to in fact be gambling timmy however harmless this seems strong repercussions for this would follow..

credit cards can be obtained as early as 16 ..still a minor ..pre paid cards can be sold as well and used by all ages and are accepted by cc club .the site does not verify age of its members what so ever timmy ..all thats required to join is email address ..thats how a minor could join the events ...

lastly the charges owner would face are nutz if it went that far and it could very easily not to mention sites shut off while its looked into for several months ...but hey to quote timmy No where does it say an entrance fee is $7...how are minors gambling u ask ..i ask why should they even be offered to in the first place ...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PgHarrI9aQ

sigh......

Conquer Cup V?? The site was owned and hosted out of Indonesia.

The site has since been sold.

Entry rules have changed. There is no longer a $7 cash fee to enter.

Only way to enter is Conquer credits. Conquer credits are worth $0. You can not sell them, they are not legal tender.
Yes, CC does sell them, but there are many many ways to obtain them.

Just ask me, I give away 4000 credits or so every month, so do most of the dept. leaders.

They are reserved for minors so they dont have to pay any type of entrance fee and break the rules of Zues.

for the most part your correct but in the case of the conquer cup they have value...

if a usa citizen was to win he or she has to report that as income under usa law ...seems harmless i know but i assure u it isn't...

There are already a ton of prizes in the tournament, including $450 in real money (via the Amazon gift certificates) for the Top 6,

as advertised 500 cc credits clearly have value depending on place finished from 300.00 to 30.00

this is not my opinion this is what came back to me ..along with the list of charges that could apply

1 wire fraud as it occurred on line
2 operating an illegal gambling event with out proper license
3 contributing to deliquesce of a minor
4 mail fraud cc club is mailing illegal proceeds

to name a few ...add legal fees plus sites shut down pending outcome ..a loss of banking privileges and paid sponsors

its just not worth it ..

zeus111out ...

so u spout tax laws on gift giving yet neglect the fact this is proceeds of winning a contest not gift giving.. as site servers are in the usa it falls under usa laws ....any winnings are subject to tax ...if u dont like what u read its simple use the foe option ..also u neglect the fact minors play on site to subject them to this style of format is wrong ..im hunting no one and care less but glad u admit im being hunted thanks mad777 for bringing that to light .

last years winner was a resident of the usa and lets hope was over 21 as they mailed winnings 500.00.. turning 500 credits into cash or property ....

im off this site real soon ...shall we take this to the next level provide the sites info and let chips fall where they may ..are u ready to cost the owner that kind of money ..im not but will just for u ....hunt away i say bring your weak ass shit on ...this event is not going forward and im fine just leaving this alone...i wanted to explain it i have .....

aww muffin u removed the post .... =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> its ok have screen shot of it :geek: :geek: :geek: :geek:

Take conquer credits instead? I mean, I had set it aside for gambling, but I guess I need to pay up...
