Giving teammate troops in a doubles game

How would I go about giving my opponent troops in a doubles game?

During forting phase, you can fort him.
During deploy you can deploy on him as well.

Please be informed that if using chained reinforcements, you can reinforce through an unlimited number of your own connected regions but only into a teammate's region immediately adjacent to a region in that chain.

do you mean giving troops to my teammate? this is an apparent typo, or a major clash between the post and its title.
