Where do I go for specific help?

We have people assigned to cover all these tasks and answer all your questions. By going through the right channels, your issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
As always, you can post in the forums or ask in Live Chat. The community here is very knowledgable and helpful and often had the same questions you did at one point.
When in doubt, you can always PM a moderator for assistance. We're here to help you enjoy CC.
- Read the Forum Guidelines
- Check CC Rules
- Search the forums, since the issue may have already been reported or answered
- Check FAQ
- PM the specific moderator of that forum (listed at the top of each forum)
- All forums: Global Moderators
- General Discussion: Moderators - GD
- Tournament forums: Tournament Directors
- Callouts: Clan Directors
- Suggestions and Bug Reports: Moderators - Sugs and Bugs
- Map Foundry: Cartographers
Cheating & Abuse: Multi Hunters - International Forums: Moderators - Int'l
- You can also PM Twill, the community manager.
- Check FAQ
- Fill out an eticket (If you are unable to send a PM because your account is blocked, you can still use etickets)
If you have an issue with Live Chat, do the following, in order until you find an answer...- If a Live Chat Moderator (or anyone with a SHIELD) is in chat, ask your question there, either publicly or privately (click on their name to open a private room).
- PM a Live Chat Moderator.
