what is the ruling?

if i were to want a new account cause im pissed off and just want to start over then i could make a multi, get busted for both then buy premium for the new account?

Sorry, no. There is recent precedent that the new account will be permabanned and you will have to stick with this account and pay for a new premium. See the situation with Ramned.

how is his case any different from Ramned who got banned for making new account??

First, this is a newer attempt at a policy and is not completely in place yet. Second, Ramned clearly stated his intentions in the forums and he was made an example. Third, the warsteiner issue arose before this new attempt at a policy. As is being seen with the new New Recruit farming ban, you cannot retroactively punish anyone or change the actions that had previously been taken.

The fact is he made a SECOND ACCOUNT and u guys didnt move a finger!?? I just dont get it!? Well obviously u guys dont get it too cuz nobody gave us any proper explanation yet!!!
How can somebody do that when that's forbidden from the beginning of the days here on CC??? He got busted and banned right?, then what, poor guy wanted to play again? ...well booohoooo... I guess he prolly cried a little, sent a few pms and tickets and PAYED AGAIN so u guys took him in! The problem was Warsteiner account was already busted, everybody saw that, so new account was needed if admins didnt want to make fools out of themselves, and finally, this dude that was on so many ignore lists, was allowed to play again under a different name. Everybody from lack down should be a shame of themselves!!!!

Lance, this comes frighteningly close to stating that Ramned was made an example because he had the personal integrity to state what he was doing upfront.

I don't see why he posted that he was making a new account in the first place, If you don't blatantly cheat, it can take years for the site to bust you. (Note that I am speaking from multis in the past, not from personal experience)

WTF MODS!?!?!?!?!!? will I get an answer to my previous post, took less then an hour last time, Im thinking u guys realized that Warsteiner/Renegades case was a big screw up (bout f------ time!) and now u dont like to talk about it, want it to be forgoten, think I should start a new thread about this and see what people think!

Warsteiner + cheating = banned -> SECOND account Renegades + 25$ = legal

No, if you start another account you will get busted, and the new account will be perma-banned.
