wannaseemytreat, in answer to your question there is no way that I know of to filter a search for players from your country, city etc. The best way to go would be down the scoreboard looking at members flags. That is the closet you will get

You can also post around the forum a bit, get to know some of the members and whatnot.

Could you not make a post in Callouts asking for players from the area you wished to find people from?

I have to agree with the Owen on this. -It seems that some mods are a little thin skinned - but only when it suits them. No consistency, just a wild hair now and again. And so what if the guy's new? We were all new once and have lived to tell about it. When I was new the forums were much tougher than they are now (with, what I see as overmoderation but not predictably so). Let skippy grow up! -He'll manage just fine!
