Honestly, guys, can we get a final consistent ruling ? Why should multis get to prosper and change their names ? Their sins and reputation should follow them on the original name.

Sorry, no. There is recent precedent that the new account will be permabanned and you will have to stick with this account and pay for a new premium. See the situation with Ramned.

yeah, he put as much time into deception as anyone has...he made his whole farewell thread, and insinuated his innocence while being accused.

We played Giga Pets for about three hours straight then exchanged Pokemon cards and I had the most amazing time ever. It didn't get much past second base because I told him that I was in a relationship with my cat. Just another jerk that sold me a dream and didn't have the heart to say goodbye. I hate you Ramned! It's not quite like that. He has already been busted as a multi, and bought back in on his new account, making it "legal". If he had purchased premium before being caught, he would have been busted, and had to purchase it again.

i was sure i had read somewhere that the premium had to be purchased on the original account.... that must only be for certain people

I have yet to see that rule enforced. See this case, Warstiener, *manimal, JesusReigns, and more for examples.
