Wow!! Look at "lost_souls" start here.. how often does this happen? It makes it really tough for everyone else for sure I wonder if there should be no pay outs on the first turn except for 3?

It happens occasionally. More often on maps with multiple, small bonuses (like Great Lakes). Sometimes they go with you. Other times against. Life ain't fair, but it tends towards an average.

It's been suggested. Yet another good idea that the rulers of this site decide to reject.

And, of course, it's never you who gets that lucky starting bonus...>_>

Yeah it is not a big deal as this is the first I've seen it.. but it does kill that new game feeling in a hurry eh?

Oh well. Life goes on.

Maybe people should post screen shots like this more often and one day the 3 army first turn rule will come into effect.
