Assuming 2 players.
First turn: Pick a castle and deploy everything on it. That castle is never realm of might. Attack and try to get as many 2's as possible. At the end of your first turn, move on to phase 1.
Land Grab Phase 1: Get 12 territories (all the 2's around the castle) Once you have 12 territories, move on to phase 2.
Army Growth Phase 2: then deploy everything on your favorite castle. Typically for me that is the northernmost then westernmost castle. Each turn put all the troops from your castles next to one of the 10's. Always deploy on the same territory until one of your spots has 30+ armies. When one of your territories has 30+ armies, move on to phase 3.
Break a 10 Phase 3: Bombard a 10 from your castle, and then conquer it with your 30+ armies. If you still have 30+ armies in the same turn, move on to phase 4 in the same turn. If you do not still have 30+ armies, sit until you have 30+ again.
Conquer Castles Phase 4: Use your 30+ to take the nearest castle. Be sure to get every neutral 2 you can unless the enemy is there. If your enemy is waiting for you there, go straight for their castle, and then bombard them away before conquering all the neutral 1's. You now have a 3rd castle. Continue building up 30+ and attacking castle after castle.
Notes:
Feudal goes south, Rebel goes north, if you have both, feudal goes east. Great kingdom goes south, Realm goes north, if you have both, great kingdom goes west. Imperial goes north, if you have realm then always deploy on realm and have the castles join before going north.
for me, 30 works great as a magic number. it doesnt take long to build, and works well against moderately stacked opponents.
against known challenging opponents, read the log. if they arent growing past 12 regions you should consider increasing the magic number size.
If you have Realm of Might, you should take some extra lake minstello territories. I typically conquer 5 of them.(11,12,13,14,15) This lets me see what is going on, and lets me quickly reinforce 12 or 11 after taking Great Kingdom Castle while planning to take Imperial Dynasty.
Do a game search. I have played quite a few games with these settings.

ok 1 v 1 i usually keep all on the castle taking all teritories apart from the one that links the exit. i also single shot the ten during this if i lose i stop i wait until i have sufficient troups and go straight through from the castle. i find this better than the reinforce thing because you are not telling people like streaker how many troups you have.

well you will loose drop in nospoil it will cost you..
and also why would it tell anyone how many troops he has? he is just forting 5 + 5 each turn.. its the auto-deploy and i think most people are already aware of that?

sorry got muddled up doing 2 things at once was meant to say i keep on the castle so if they attack first with weaker troup count they will not get the castle

If you want to get good at Feudal War, load every Feudal War game I've been in and chart what I did in situations....then never ever under any circumstances do that. I've thrown away more points on that board than all others combined I bet...my play style just doesn't suit it.
