Thought it'd be nice to start a thread where none was available, or at least none that I could see. Anyhow, since Flame Wars has been completely removed, it's seemingly more civil nowadays. But, I HAVE noticed a lot more bitterness, grumpy people, and a lot of venting/frustration going around. I know my multi (owenshooter) has been banned from the forums for a month, which kind of puzzles me because I'm asian and if I was the victim of racial abuse, you can bet your ass that I'd be asking for harsh discipline against the offender. I know another member (Kotaro) had recently come off his own 1 month ban, and I think people take him way too seriously as he's completely harmless. Oh well....I've rambled on too much. Here it is then, let it all out. Let's hear what's pissing you off, in CC world or otherwise.

ooops! I guess I should start it off. Really, WTF is up with the dice lately....or maybe it's just me. Because I dropped about 300 points in the last few days, watching people smoke me with armies that were way smaller than mine.

I'd like to pre-emptively vent about threads getting locked. I think this thread is valid, and could be a useful outlet for letting off a bit of steam, now and again. However, I believe it is inevitable that some people will confuse venting with flaming, leading to this thread's demise.

And I'd like to complain (again) about people who simply troll/spam without staying on-topic. There's always going to be a few who have nothing relevant to say.

I think I wasn't quite clear in my previous post. I didn't mean that the mods/admins will think our venting is flaming. rather, I believe certain users will see a venting thread, and think that it means that they can use it to flame, leading to a legitimate lock.

Oh God....don't start with the dice. I can't tell you how long this thread will last on that subject alone. The logic of the dice is unbelievably stupid. I would like to vent my anger so here goes..

WHY the **** was my gym closed today when I went along there!!!! They gave me no warning! Apparently it was for maintenance! Maintenance my ass! Now i have to sit here on CC and scroll through the forums while I wait to take shots in my games!! honestly its enogh to make me ah well

My local garden store opens at 9. Got stuck going to Home Depot today at 7am for generic rock.

This goddamn program is being a b'tch and won't compile.

Know what's pissing me off? This economy. People I know are being affected greatly, having their hours cut, taking pay-cuts just to keep the shitty jobs they already have. I'm sub-contracted by a few different governments to make optics, so I'm doing fine... but that is kind of my point.

Since my job is funded by your tax dollars, I haven't felt a bump in the road yet. My bonus, overtime, and all the frills that come with my semi-lofty position have not been touched. Meanwhile, I see guys - mechanics, landscapers, contractors, bartenders - scraping together what little cash they have just to afford their mortgages.

Where is the accountability from those who got us into this debacle in the first place? They're all still sipping Cristal on their yachts while the people making them rich are struggling to pay for food.
