RR

hey guys i know there have been quite a bit of hubub about RR and whether or not its accurate to the player
well i have devised an awesome super solution (sorta)
it basically related your RR to what your RR would be if you played every CC player out there
because lets be honest, if someone played everybody, is it their fault if 90% are half their rank or below?
in my opinion, no, but my opinion doesnt count now does it?
either way i just thought id put this out there
so in order to get the RR you would get if you played everybody is simply by averaging all the RR for each player
so it would be like this
(p1/y+p2/y+p3/y+p4/y ... pN/y)/N
where p# is the score of the player in the # spot and N is the number of players and y is your score
how ever this can be rewritten as
(p1+p2+p3+p4 ... pT)/(yN)
OR
(Sum of all scores)/(yN)
OR
(average score * N)/(yN)
OR (the N's cancel)
(average score)/(y)
which i will call perfect Ratio (or PR) since it only exists in a world where we all play each player once

now as of now im waiting for e_i_pi's number on what the actual average score is
but till then lets use 1000
on that assumption
my RR is 1.048
but my PR is .666 (not shitting you its 1000/1502)
meaning i play more higher ranks than is "perfect"
how ever if e_i_pi's thing says the average is actually inflated to 1200
then it becomes
PR = .799
and KH's RR is .474
but his PR is .172
meaning that he is actually playing more high ranked people than is perfect

How ever there then is the argument what is a high rank doing playing people at 400 points anyway?
which i also agree with im not taking sides here really, im simply saying that if a person played every player on the CC scoreboard is that not fair?
opinion? any reasons why im an idiot for saying this? (i know there are at least 10 out there somewhere)
