Just exactly what did he do? As I understand it he's been permabanned from the forums, so unless he created a multi recently I can't see how he can get busted out of the game. Is this an effect of the Auto-kicking multies & logging end of turn announcement?

the offence that lead to a permaban being imposed is two years old! How can that possibly be fair?

A handful of the emotions running through my head right now, thanks for the answer, Fitz.

Anyone who receives a full website ban will be kicked from all games they are currently active in and that they are currently waiting for to start. The change took effect yesterday afternoon and lackattack did a "catchup" sweep for anyone who was previously website banned, that's why he got kicked from those games.

I believe, insinuating that the "Jews are guilty of extortion", is indeed anti-Semitic by definition.

Its including an entire group of people, and accusing them all of a crime, that perhaps some are guilty of even, but certainly not all. Its therefore racism, by definition.

Makes the proposition of winning the game difficult for the remaining teammates, myself especially in a doubles game with him.

I think some compensation is in order, lets say 25 points for the loss in that game, 20 points for stress and aggravation and 50 points for punitive damages.
