one question.
I am new in this game.
If one player wants diplomacy with me (He wrote in game chat: "I will not try take your bonus if you take out light blue this turn") and I had take out light blue player in that round. Whats happen if he attack me? Can I report that and whats going on then??? Whats usually happens with those kind of players???

Diplomacy on the site has one rule: It must occur in the game chat itself (as it has in your game). Other than that, all's fair in love and war. Any agreements are purely on a "on your integrity" basis...there's no rule against breaking the agreement and there's no rule against keeping it. After the game, you'll have the opportunity to rate each of your opponents, and you can reference any agreements as you do that rating.

I just wish to add that some players detest diplomacy and may turn against you for offering or accepting an offer of it. At the end of the game, they may rate you lower. I'm not saying this to dissuade you from using diplomacy, as I believe it is a wonderful, wonderful thing. If you're freaking charming the rest of the game, most people won't hate on you for it.

ok.
look what happend in game 5042769.
my team didnt gain troops for terithoris, have small troops. both another 2 teams make diplomacy thill our team will be erased from the map. both team gain troops for teritories. This diplomacy was made only couze they know each other and they are from Canada. U cant winn the game couze thay made diplomacy from the start of map. 2 vs. 4 (and gain troops for terithores).

They started talk about a truce on R8, agreed on R9, it started on R10 and it ended on R14. Hardly "from the start".

If you could prove that then you would have grounds for a bit of whining (but it's still within the rules IIRC). If you could prove that they do it all the time then you might have grounds for a complaint to the mods.

In game chat U can see this:
2009-06-19 15:23:02 - Kypster: balls, you would be right, unfortunately you didn't factor in the fact that I know Hal.

Is this enough for complait to the mods?

every action in the game has been in the game chat. you would have to go search their games to see how often they play in games together and find a pattern. otherwise, your complaint has no merit. as they stated in the game chat, their actions have been as transparent as a picture glass window...-0
