Conquer Club

Hello.

I recently joined the game by the name of General Pimp, when I selected too many games all at once and never knew about the game limit, these games were full of inactive players, and so I could not play Conquer Club. So a friend advised me to create a new account so I could play real games, so I did. The game is very good, but half way through one of the games, I was banned from the game.
I then sent a ticket and waited for a day, but got no answers from the staff. But I was very addicted to the game, so I started up a new account hoping that I could continue playing, however, that account was banned on the same day.
Now I am in a new account, which i needed to create to post on here. (and, play a few games, ofcourse). Anyway, I really didnt want to cause any problems, neither do I wish to cheat, but I was just trying to explain my problem to a couple of moderators on the chat, and got nothing but abuse, and was then kicked and banned from the chat for (cheating).
Please could I be allowed to play again?
