No. What you have to keep in mind is that we (meaning the normal users) don't have any idea what's actually happened previously with any given user. So while two users may make exactly the same behavior, if one of those two has done it a bunch of times and the other one has never done anything, then they're going to get different punishments and they SHOULD.

Despite a lack of capitalization and punctuation, you managed to spell everything correctly this time.

Although "nope" isn't really an actual word, but that can be overlooked.

A bit, but "I" should also be capitalized. Getting closer, but sadly, still a fail.

See, you are capable! Wasn't that hard either, eh? And now, you can also be taken more seriously, because you really do seem like an intelligent person!

Bravo man, bravo!

His sentence is still missing a semi-colon or a comma.

it seems more people are bitching about bad rule enforcement. this may be due to an increase in bad rule enforecement or a general herd mentality.
eitherway, its not good for cc, the bitching or the bad rule enforcement.

Succinctly put. Either scenario does not bode well for the present incumbents in the mod squad for it either means they are not very good at what they do, verging on piss poor in their performance, or it means they are incapable of managing a situation without letting it get away from them and then using the rule book and their authority. Either way they are failing miserably.

You are missing a comma after 'No'

For all those poking fun of the rather obvious grammatical mistakes, caymanmew has openly and repeatedly admitted to having challenges with it.
If your poking fun at that, then you're the one that looks bad, not him.
I of course still disagree with the original post though.
