Just for fun i put my username in the search bar. while looking for old stuff, i came across this

For the record, this accusation was posted over a year ago (I joined the site on Jun 24, 2008)

What i would like to open for discussion are a few questions:
An obvious start would be, Can these verdicts be changed? and has this bust affected my time on CC almost since the time i joined?
Why was i wrongly accused and falsly busted? (I guess this is a question for FabledIntegral or Fireside Poet if they happen to find this post)
Why was my defense not called upon a year ago?
Why after over a year (let alone immidiatly) have no admin or multi hunter informed me of the event?

Here is my long overdue defense: (due to me having no knowledge of the event before, i believe it fair to be read and considered now)

I guess that there is no way to prove it in words, but would fireside poet have charged me had i brought up this defense? that's one problem but i guess that what really got me was that i was never told. So i repeat, can this verdict be changed unless someone else can bring up conclusive reason as to why it should not be? Thanks -gr

Is banning what the penalty is? because i thought that the penalty scale they used went up increments.
something like:
1st offense: 1day
2nd offense: 2day
5th offense is permanent
I could be wrong though. I would like that if this was overturned way back when and i had no record of multi though

not for multiple accounts....they ban you and the only way you can get back is to buy premium.

Thanks for looking into it. This is what i really wanted to know, if it was or wasnt on my record.

i'm glad that was solved, although in the wrong forum. should have put this in C&A in the first place. or filed an e-ticket, if you were banned...
