I am strongly against frivolous lawsuits. I believe lawsuits like this, and the feeling of entitlement that many people have, are major reasons for economic disaster such as the one we have seen now.

what about ironic fake lawsuits? i think they have significantly less of an impact...

this is about a lawsuit, a class action lawsuit, please stay on topic. if you want to troll just go to one of your various C&A thread in which you accuse or are accused of whatever it is that people think you are doing. please stay on topic. with that in mind, how many points can one hope to receive if and when a settlement is reached? is it going to be decided on a case by case breakdown or by dividing up a lump sum evenly breaking it down by number of games played/years active, freemium/premium, etc? i would love to sign on, but i need a bit more info...-0
