Hi,

I I have a question re the -10 for holding sanctuary ters - does this actually apply and do they go neutral after each turn if so how many neutrals? How does the -10 actually work

Any troops you leave on these regions will have 10 subtracted from them at the start of your next turn, they will not reset to neutral but you will lose ten of your armies on them. If you leave anything less than 12 armies on one of them it will be reduced to a 1. If you leave a 12 on one of them you will be left with a 2.
