I've read the instructions, I've browsed through the Q&A forum, and I tried a search but couldn't find an answer to my question.
I know that new players can't join some of the more difficult maps till they've completed at least five games. However, I couldn't figure out which maps this entails exactly. Is there a complete list somewhere? If not, how can I figure out which maps aren't playable for new players?

lol Doodle Earth, USA, Australia, Canada, Great Lakes - those are the most simpe maps I can find for myself. Just look at them (like look at Age of Realms - they look very hard so don't play those lol).

I made a list that groups maps by "rules". It is not an official list, but it should help you figure out what you might want to play.
viewtopic.php?f=58&t=78766&p=1868221#p1868221I have to add a few of the most recent maps, but almost all outside of Beta are there. (should be completely fixed today or tommorrow).

Here is a list of all the maps New Recruits can see.
Europa | Egypt: Lower | Italy | Iberia | Luxembourg | Greater China | Australia | USA | Feudal War | British Isles | Portugal | Haiti | Charleston | France | Ireland | Germany | WWII Western Front | Imperium Romanum | WWII Eastern Front | North America | Great Lakes | San Francisco | Malta | Scotland | Classic Shapes | American Civil War | Siege! | Discworld | Philippines | Netherlands | Europe | Soviet Union | Indochina | Ancient Greece | Dust Bowl | Texan Wars | Middle East | Asia | U.S. Senate | Mongol Empire | Hong Kong | World 2.1 | Tamriel | BeNeLux | Montreal | NYC | Africa
Take that away from all the other maps and then you have a list of what they can't see.
