Fog of War (un)written rules

Hi,
I was looking for such information in forums, but wasn't able to find anything related.

I'm relatively new to CC, so I'm not sure what is allowed and what's not in FoW games.

1) Can I ask someone in the game to tell me what army is in one or another "?" territory? Can I tell such info to someone else?

2) Can I tell others to attack some player through certain territories because he/she has small armies there (and not all players can see that)?

3) Can I ask other players tell me how generally green/red/etc player looks (strong, weak, about to take bonus, etc.)?

Are these things strictly prohibited or are they "not-nice-so-better-don't-do-that" (like double turn in freestyle) or nobody cares about that and you can do whatever you want?

Thanks!

In the Community Guidelines, it states
Using the game chat to announce where a player's territories and troops may (or may not ;) ) be is NOT against the rules. It may come across as unfair or not in the spirit of the game, but feel free to find strategic applications of this non-rule.

If you wish to communicate the possible positions of other players in a Fog of War game, don't be surprised if you receive a bad rating from your opponents. A lot of people don't like it, but it's not against the rules. Communicate at your own risk, and be mindful that not every one is going to tell the truth.

Ask yourself whats the point of playing fog if your going to make an announcement of where people are.. Reading the log is a must and very useful in FOW.. If i see someone getting out of control i may ask for help with a certain color, But rarely do i reveal any positions or sizes.. I have better ways to piss people off
