Unban Dancing Mustard

Ok, well my suggestion was closed. I was told to use an e-ticket. E-Tickets are not public though.
I would like to open up discussions on unbanning Dancing Mustard. Anyone who would like to share why we should unban him vs. why we shouldn't. Then when it's done we can go ahead and unban him.
Why to unban him:
- WHY DID YOU BAN HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE!?!

for being a troll and flaming i am guessing however there a large number that feel that he did not flam and was not a troll.

I have a counter offer. Instead of unbanning mustard why don't we ban 4mygod for spamming and trolling?

He was always worth reading, and he never went too far. The same cannot be said of anyone else in this thread so far.
