What is the difference between a multi being "Busted" and "Blocked"?

This belongs in Q&A. But, when two or more players are "Blocked" it means they can no longer play games together(Maybe team?). This is usually the verdict for secret diplomacy cases, after a first and second warning I believe. When a player is "Busted," that means they are "busted" for having multiple accounts, i.e. multi. A Busted multi can choose to buy back into the game, unless they are "i.p. blocked"(Another form of block), in which case they would have to come back through proxy, if they want to bother with that.

Busted - generally, it means the account gets inactivated or suspended for violating rule # 1. They are kicked out of any current games they are in, can not make or join any new games, can not access PMs, post to the forum or appear on the scoreboard.

Blocked - means two accounts are forbidden to play together in any game, regardless if it's a team match or not. A block does not suspend or inactivate the involved accounts.
