Another site has a classic... Better definition, hasbro???

Strategygamenetwork.com is a similar risk site to cc ( although they suck major donkey balls and charge 62 a year for premium)
they have a classic map with basically the same territory names and shapes as our old classic, and the actual risk gameboard
here is a pic of it:

as a question, does adding a few territs to a copyrighted layout take it out of danger for a lawsuit? I assume not, because we wouldve just added Antarctica to our old classic and be done with it...
Just wanted to know before I started something in the foundry
