Hi. I was wondering about something. My brother uses to watch me play, and he says he also wants to join. We only have this computer.

WE both got banned from another site once, because they thought we had multiple accounts. I really like this site, and I don't want to take that chance again. Is this possible, or will it be seen as cheating?

The short answer is yes. Our Multi Hunters are pretty good at distinguishing roommates & family members from people with multiple accounts. However, some members prefer playing only in team games with people from the same computer to avoid accusations of cheating

well in most games no interaction = no cheating
so don't join the same game as your brother or play together in a team or on tournaments or anything lol

no they can play together in 1v1 for more than that dubs

They can do whatever they like, but they can't cut each other slack while other players are on the board. i.e. no unannounced, undisclosed, alliances. They'll be fine as long as one doesn't constantly win every game, regular game should not be played as team games, and team games should not be played if one is always on the opposite team and sabotaging the game in favor of the other.

well i amost got ban whith my brothers but they gave us a warning because aparintly me or my older brother was playing on his acount but they do, do very good at seperating them

AND let CC mods know about the shared account when you set it up.
