Spoil Inheriting & Random Armies

Hello there comrades

I have two questions.

1. Do you inherit the spoils of players you kill? (If there are any rules regarding how this works, please state). And if not, are there any other benefits to killing someone? (apart from obviously killing them).

2. What are random armies that just pop up, where you previously had 1 but then it's 3 all of a sudden in a random region? And how/why/when does this occur?

Thanks.

1.) Yes, you get the spoils of the players you kill. If you're playing terminator, you gain some points too. There are no other advantages.

2.) Ehm.. I don't think there's anything like that. If you hand in spoils of a territory you own, you get +2 armies on that territory. And some maps (like Feudal) have an auto-deploy on some territories, but those are not random.
