well i completed am offer on Trial Pay. However i did not get my Premium Membership.

I logged in and out thinking this was the case, but alas it was not... i do not know what is wrong... could i get some advice?

Some of the offers take a few hours to go through.

How long do you suppose is a "few hours" by my count it has been 11 hours

Have you used this 'Trial Pay' system before ?
Did it work then ?

It could also be that the membership you 'paid' for is a little late because it has to go through the Trial Pay programme as well as the CC Premium programme. Maybe give it a little longer and see if anything of interest happens.

If you continue to have problems, send in an E-ticket to the General Inquiries Dept. and we can look into it.

You may want to take it up with Trial Pay. I have read that can miss transactions sometimes.
