I need BBCode help! [ANSWERED! Thanx!]

I'm thinking I would like to run my first tournement; I have some theme ideas sketched out in my head, but there are also few last minute details I want to know before I try to do it.

Some folks know a way to code a long white bar into their post, saying something like Show: Whatever, so that if you click on the show whatever, the bar expands to show the added info while changing its caption to Hide: Whatever and if you click again it Hides it. (I would ask this question more eloquently if I knew the proper name for what I'm describing.) If my description is totally worthless, then look at an example here In that thread, Tupence uses the- I don't even know what to call those little subwindows- to organize his tournement rules very well while not making an obnoxiously long post when the subwindows are closed,

So what is the correct name for those subwindows?
And how do I put them into my posts?

(And while we're at it, are there any other suggestions for things I should know how to do before I try to run a tournement thread?)

Not trying to go for overkill here, but this post in the tournament handbook goes even further with lots of other tags relevant to tournament posting.

viewtopic.php?p=2141708#p2141708

And if this is your first tournament I would recommend reading the whole handbook anyways.

show

Extra thanks to snowman- I'd quick glanced at the top of the tourney help, and was going to read it more detailed once I knew what I was going to do, but never looked far enough down to realize it also had the answers I wanted before I was ready to read it for my final prep.

(Stupid me! Stupid! Stupid!)
