Game length depends on what the settings are, if it's speed it will be over fairly fast, if it's casual which is what they tend to be these days, they can go for years e.g. Game 1000001

As many territories are on a map, each player starts with 1 territory. e.g. 100 territory map = 100 players

Not all of them are like that, some of the earlier ones are because they are Casual and are in a stalemate. These days they are Speed so they are short and sweet. Better than a long game that drags on for years.

that was like almost 2 years ago i would not have the attantion span to play that game i would lose interest fast

That is what most of the last batch were. They ended pretty quickly, 6 rounds or so.

Last time I tried to have a look at that (or similar games) I had to turn off BoB and then I got in just fine.
