but that can't be it, cause he is able to join a third. So could it be 2 per year ?

Posted: Tue Sep 22, 2009 11:16 amBoth of those are old accounts, so they've probably been credited for voting in various competitions if they did vote, and were able to get Speed Games that way, or compensated for Database malfunctions.
