BOB Question

Don't know if I can ask questions about plug-ins here ?
It's not really important, just curious. While playing today I saw that the 'strengh values' didn't make any sense to me; look at this:

Nanogram 3 Bonus Cards3 0 (0) 24 ( 17% ) 8 ( 17% ) - 23.67 4 (3 + 2 + 0) = 5 0 1.67 Brecknockshire (1) Glamorgan (1)

frankiebee 3 Bonus Cards3 0 (0) 24 ( 17% ) 7 ( 15% ) - 24.33 4 (3 + 2 + 0) = 5 0 1.62 Flintshire (1) Carmarthenshire (1)

I wonder how BOB calculates the strengh ?
We both got the same amount of troops (24), the difference is that Nanogram has 8 territories, and I've got 7. That gives him a little more chance on an extra bonus cashing in spoils(1.67>1.62)

But why,.. why is my strength 0.66 higher ?

It comes from (as I have understood it) the fact that you have a higher armies/territ count and hence (in theory at least) have a stronger defence.

yer more troops per territory makes u stronger...look at it like this there are 10 territories on a map you have 1 with 9 troops on it and the opposition has all 1s on theirs. you are the stronger
