I slightly know him. Why is the million dollar question.?
He is the leader of the SSSCE usergroup (Std, Sunny, Seq, Chained, Esc)
Nothing but great escalating games. Ironically, you don't meet the rank criteria for the games, right now, but I think you should be able to at least join the group, and then join the games once your rank gets up a bit.

Part of the skill in this game is anticipating what others are going to do (even if you deem it as a mistake). So if you have you last remaining territories in a +2 bonus region next to a new recruit, then I'd say you are setting yourself up to be knocked out. Anticipate these things and adjust for them, then you can be the SMART, EXPERIENCED player who wins the game.
Better yet, teach that new recruit the proper strategy and then both of you will have a better CC experience.

You need to factor in the incompetence of others. Even Hitler had Mussolini.

I might be mistaken but weren't you a noob at one time? I know I was. How did you learn to play the game? We all had to learn sometime. And is a noob playing against a noob the best way to learn?

Code it so Cadets and below can not play any one cept for each other. Once they get a stripe than they can play the rest of us.
In order to get a stripe you would have to learn and win.
No more farming. No more noobs ruining games. Fewer multies. Win win for all.

In order for it to be considered a win win you would have to think that playing against a noob is a losing situation. But I will ask this, who best to teach a noob but an experienced player? I guess I just don't think segregating new players from the rest is the best thing to do. We do have private games to keep people out.

Even if I had all 24 hours in the day to teach new recruits how to play 8 player esc. I still wouldn't have enough time for the amount that exist in my games. Thank you ever so much for the suggestion though

No disrespect meant, but are you mods paid to be so caring and polite and positive? what a shit job
Suggest cook school to them, they have improved many players

I always suggest it. But I have seen players come out of there worst than when they went in.

Yea, sucks I just introduced a guy to CC and he suicided into me on our first game but we had a little pm discussion on why he shouldn't have done that and about how I know where he lives and now he's starting to become a decent player.

qft.. I know colonels who do stupid things in games..
yet i know of people below 1400 who are decent players too.
Play team games with lower people on your team they love to listen and are usually always willing to learn how to get better..
Everyone can teach the basics.
