Can u only receive medals and rankings if u have a premium membership?

No, freemiums and premiums can both get them, you will get your rank after 5 games, which will be low to start but u can work your way up

the diffrance is yours will be a silver ranking but your medels that you earn will still be gold, bronze and silver
