how can i change spoils of war ? Or is this made automatically ?

Hm, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you asking about turning Spoils in for a set, which will give you troops? Or are you asking is there a way to "trade" or "switch" your spoils with other spoils?

or do you mean how to change it from escalating to flat rate to none. You do that when you create a game.

I assume you want to use them.

Once you got a set - i.e. 3 of one color (green, blue or red) or a mixed set (i.e. 3 spoils, one of each color) - you will have an option to change the spoils at the begining of your turn (just tick the boxes of the spoils you wanna change).
