ChipV has painstakenly automated nearly all top ten lists, including map scores. Im posting, because I knew he simply would downplay how much work he has put into this...which just this little addition, took all day today...not counting the countless days programming the rest of the scoreboard.

He should get a contribution medal the very day he ever leaves team CC...which hopefully he wont.

All you need to do to update it is use Game Finder : http://www.conquerclub.com/player.php?mode=find

Click settings you want...players name, and voila!!!... if you are on top ten list, you will be there permanently until bumped.

It even keeps your high score.

Chip has spent a ton of time on these scoreboards, and now it has all come together with this easy to access link.

I urge all to help update it by using gamefinder map rank.

Also, we are trying to update all maps right now. If you can help, shoot me a pm, and ill send you a few maps you can quickly help out with.

These guys all helped map rank a ton of players on the maps so chip could cross check, and edit them, and are responsible for tons of the data on the top ten map scoreboards. They individually map ranked each player, so if you're name is on there, they probably entered it for you, unless you did it yourself....and to be fair... I suppose I entered a few myself.

I have around 12,000 score sequential team games only or at least I did a couple months back.

May take some time for those kind of updates...and its completely up to him...this is his baby... I just begged to announce it and help updated it.

I don't have map rank, I have friends that pm me info all the time, these are or were legit a month or so ago, and if you check those names, i am sure most will be close to that, maybe up or down a couple hundred, it will save you time form checking everyones, just start with those names and see. hope it is helpful.

He cant possibly actually map rank the names himself at this point. He just spent all day programming the actual scoreboard itself, and map ranking the maps, and editing those figures.

The other scoreboard figures are another deal altogether, because there isnt a current thread for all of them...and literally thousands of map ranks need to be done for thousands of players...

The scoreboard is brand new right now..and essentially a virgin for new information. But no one can enter all of it themselves...and CC doesnt allow for it to be taken fully automatically yet.

Knowing chip, he probably will research some of those other lists...but its way to early to try to update those figures, because they literaly involve nearly every player on CC at this point.

I do have some other high water marks saved in another thread though...problem is they are almost a year old...and werent updated over that year for the most part....

Just give this new one some time...its not an easy one to figure out. The map ranks were the real update...the other top ten lists were practically an accidental bonus, but finding everyone's high water mark is probably impossible...or practically impossible...

maybe just focus on the maps high scores for right now...those are the easiest to edit.

Oh we can, it's just a matter of whether or not you'd like to see your score on the board—as much as we'd all love a completed board it's not like posting "oh, here is my name and the settings on which I have a high score, you do the work" is a great mentality.

Most of these top score lists are silly, because all you have to do to get a high team score is get to some 3k+ score via teams, lose a bunch of games in another setting such as singles or assassin, and then jump your score up again via teams, thus giving yourself a potentially exponentially large overall team score.

You are of course free to interpret the data how you wish, but its easy to call the whole game silly and the entire score silly too.

The results are without a doubt more a reflection of the types of games people play, than anything, but its interesting to see nonetheless.

In the end, its a game, have fun with it.

Blitz, again...these numbers right now are just the ones that have been recently entered... they are only counting people that have been map ranked... to get it completely accurate, everyone would have to be map ranked on every setting on every map that ever played.

Obliterations score is 3700...That means its probably 2700 right now, since 1000 points are added to account for initial score...All of the scores will have 1000 added right now....so its all relative... and again...those scoreboards arent the ones that were updated....it was the map ranks that were

Every score up there was entered using map rank on each individual setting....the reason for this thread is to get people to start updating it, since it is impossible for one person to do it... It would mean hundreds of thousands of entries...

I have to say that it is rather impressive and I may map rank myself this afternoon seeing as I'm off work. Having said that, the valium seems to be messing with my headso it may take a while

Yes you are quite right Scoreboard adds 1000 to look like a CC score whereas Map Rank just gives points won.

nice work Chip. Too bad I have 100's of games that dont update and it list my all time score incorrectly. But nice work overall.

Uninstall associated preferences and use latest version of Map Rank 1.2.7
