first i wanna say sorry cause i have asked this b4, but when i asked it the answers made no sense so i will ask again how do i make it so it's less than 150 pixels high

Either scale the image to 150 or crop it.

Here it is @150 high. Just copy and save it to your computer.

other people's are like 600X200 and the one i have that's that size won't let me upload it :/ i don't like the way they do this

If you come across ones that are too big, notify a moderator, either via the report a post or via PM.

Remember, you can always user spoiler tags to high a large amount of information/images in your signature.
