Political Mafia: Filibuster'd For Awhile (Archive If needed)

Just getting signups out there.
This is going to be another Atypical game, but far less flavor than my last game I ran.
The Voting System will be different as well.
One role will be elected by the players at the start of the game, and this Role is:
Speaker- Calls the Vote to End the Day. If there is not a majority, then the 2 highest players will be moved into a second Vote. Unless otherwise stated, you may not move your vote once it has been cast. (Unless your player is not in the second vote).
This Role will be passed on to another person if the Person who has the Speaker Role dies.
All other roles will be unknown like normal for my games.
Note: The Speaker Role does not replace your original Role, it is an additional Duty. IF the Speaker does not call the Vote by the end of the day there will be no vote that day, and it will transition into the night phase. Also You may only call the Vote ONCE per day. Player may vote like normal, and these votes will be tallied, however they will not lynch anyone without an official vote.
The Speaker Role may be passed if There is at least 2/3 of players requesting a new Player as the Speaker. (I.E. Speaker cannot break game by never calling vote.)
Days will be 10 RL days. Nights will be 48hrs.
All other rules are Standard.
