Very intresting stuff, I did a similar analysis knowing exact stats and using a few calculations a few weeks back. Checking the list and comparing it with yours is intresting, I will post mine at the end of the season for you to see.

and as you say you forget the daring brilliance of TWAT's manager

plus a mistake for defence you get Average 19.125 where the biggest single is 17 so i think thats should be 15.125?

What have people got against my team! I may not have initially created the Thunder Hawks but i assure you that my team will not go down without a fight. In light of my 3-1 loss, it turns out that Huntelaar is a God and Villa is not so good. Perhaps i will play some of my unknown scottish players next time.

Anyway I promised you a game so here I go.

Game 2 will be a hotly contested contest between CC rivals Emo United and Norfolk and Chance. They have played 3 times previously and so far it's even with one win each and a draw. This friendly came about due to confrontations between the two managers, and neither team will be holding back even if it is a "friendly". Will Norfolk take off from where they left or can Emo United send a message to the rest of the CCPL.

Match Report:
Norfolk started off quickly and almost immediately got an opportunity. The ball was played into Rooney's feet and he took the ball out wide, Lahm gave chase but Rooney was too fast and he managed to fire the ball across the face of the goal. Defoe slid in and sent it goalward but Victor Valdes stuck out a hand and sent it wide.

The game was fairly balanced and on 7 minutes Emo United got thier first chance of the match. Fabregas slid in a beautiful pass through for Van Persie, who was under pressure from Cannavaro. Van Persie managed to hold off Cannavaro and get in a shot but the pressure was enough to ensure Van persie couldn't get as much power as he usually would and in the end it was an easy save for Hart. hart punted the ball long towards Rooney who recieved a push in the back by Cordoba.

From the resulting free kick Gerrard swung in a cross which just went over Bougherra's head, where Defoe was waiting to volley. He caught it sweetly and only fast reactions from Victor Valdes sent it over the bar.

The next 10 mins were fairly quiet until a good move from Norfolk split open the Emo defense. Gerrard played a pass into Rooney's feet who flicked it back to his teammate. Gerrard then chipped a delightful pass through to Pirlo who brought it down and curled it round Valdes into the corner of the net. Emo United 0-1 Norfolk and Chance.

For the remainder of the half Norfolk took control and started to put some passes together, whenever Emo United got the ball the attempted to move forward but couldn't push past the solid Norfolk defense and the score remained the same until haplf time.

Second Half.

Substitution- At half time Norfolk replaced Bougherra with Pogatetz.

The second half started out at a much quicker pace and it wasn't long before Emo United got an opening. A stray pass from Pepe was picked up by Van Persie, who tried to slip it through for Fernanadez but the pass was blocked by Pogatetz. To the misfortune of Norfolk the ball fell straight back to Van persie who this time took it on himself. He burst forward and smashed the ball past Hart leaving him rooted to the spot, it hit the back of the net and Sam celebrated as they drew level. Emo United 1-1 Norfolk and Chance.

Norfolk and Chance pushed back and tried to quickly regain the lead. Gerrard played in Rooney who then turned and laid off Scholes who shot low and hard. Yet again Victor Valdes made a great save to tip it round the post and out for a corner. Gerrard swung the corner into the box but it was cleared by Lahm, Defoe managed to pick it up on the edge of the box. He fired it in and it went through a sea of bodies but Valdes seen it all the way and caught it well.

Norfolk continued to press forward and make chances and Downing was denied twice by an impressive Valdes. Emo United started to foul more and more as the game got scrappier. Emo United didn't get another significant chance until the 80th minute. Fabregas played a good ball in for Danny Murphy who was just 10 yards out, he shot high and wide and wasted a great chacne for Emo United.

Not long after Rooney picked the ball up out on the wing for Norfolk and Chance. Cordoba slid in for the tackle but Rooney moved past him with ease, there was not many options in the box for Rooney so he shot from a tight angle. Emo United's best player on the day, Valdes had an easy catch to make, but unbelivably he fumbled it and it dropped into the net! Emo United 1-2 Norfolk and Chance.

Substitution- On 85 minutes Solano came on for Murphy for Emo United as they attempted to salvage the match.

It was too little too late as Norfolk seen out the last 5 minutes with little to worry about to take their first win with their new team.
